Again, I'm just sharing my personal experience, but in trials I found that the NVIDIA EVENC files- while created much more quickly, were also much less stable and more glitchy. Here's what I've found:ġ) EVENC: I saw the comments below regarding EVENC. That said, when I switched to HandBrake I found what resources I could and then ran a multitude of experiments. If I were you, I would share info regarding the name of the file on this thread if I were you- it could be a common issue. It's more likely a naming issue- either the name of the file, or Plex is matching it incorrectly. I previously used a program called Format Factory, but the latter had problems with audio/visual sync issues.Īnyway, so I don't waste your time, I'll say this up front: I don't think any combo of your HandBrake settings is likely causing Plex to "not see" a file.
